Terms of Service

Welcome to the website of Yonkers Partners In Education (“YPIE”).  Each YPIE website (collectively, the “website”) is provided at no charge with the express condition that users agree to be bound by the terms and conditions (the “Terms of Service”) set forth below. These Terms of Service, together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference, govern your access to and use of the website, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through our website, whether as a guest or a registered user.

Acceptance of Terms of Service

Please read the Terms of Service carefully before you start to use the website. By using the website you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms of Service, you must not access or use any part of the website.

Changes to Terms of Service

We may revise and update these Terms of Service from time to time in our sole discretion without notice to you. You must consult the most recent version of these Terms of Service each time you view the website. Your continued use of the website following the posting of revised Terms of Service constitutes your acceptance of the Terms of Service as modified.
