Stacy joined YPIE in 2021 with over two decades of experience as a K-12 educator in New York City, serving as a teacher, staff developer, assistant principal, principal, and founder of a charter school.  Stacy also coaches graduate students attending the Johns Hopkins School of Education.

As the Senior Director of Volunteer Engagement, Stacy works closely with the 250 volunteers who serve as coaches and mentors in the College Readiness, College Access, and College Success programs.

Stacy graduated from Cornell University with a degree in psychology and earned her master’s in educational leadership at Bank Street College of Education.  She loves to read and all things dogs (she currently fosters with Rescue City).  Stacy also volunteers with DOROT and as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) for foster youth in NYC.
