As Chief Operating Officer, Stacy oversees YPIE’s national operations across all three sites, ensuring strong systems, alignment, and sustainability in service of YPIE's mission. She leads cross-site functions including finance, human resources, compliance, organizational operations, fundraising, and volunteer engagement, partnering closely with other YPIE leaders to support high-quality program delivery and long-term growth.

Stacy joined YPIE in 2021 with over two decades of experience as a K-12 educator in New York City. She brings a practitioner’s lens to organizational leadership and continues to mentor educators as a Capstone Coach for the Johns Hopkins University School of Education.

Stacy graduated from Cornell University with a degree in psychology and earned her master’s in educational leadership from Bank Street College of Education. She volunteers with DOROT, as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) for foster youth in NYC, and with her pup, Finley, the YPIE therapy dog.
