Nyoka joined YPIE in 2025 as Operations Manager, YPIE Jersey City. She is a first-generation graduate of Albright College, holding a bachelor’s degree in Arts Administration and Spanish.
Nyoka’s experience in youth advocacy spans supporting young people as a Behavioral Assistant and leading literacy programming in Newark, New Jersey, as a Program Director. These experiences have shaped a people-centered approach to work and a deep, enduring commitment to youth wellness and support.
A proud New Yorker, Nyoka brings creativity and balance to both professional and personal life. Outside of work, Nyoka enjoys writing and reading, building Legos, exploring nature, engaging in creative pursuits, and occasionally reconnecting with roots as a DJ and spoken word performer.
