Kiarra joined the YPIE team in February of 2023 as a College Readiness Manager.  She currently serves as YPIE Program Manager, Robotics.

Previously, Kiarra taught middle school mathematics in Harlem, New York. She then worked for a nonprofit organization, where she collaborated with volunteers to help high school students during their exploration of post-secondary pathways.

Kiarra began her work in education after graduating from Howard University with a B.S. in Mathematics and a minor in Secondary Education.

As someone who had an amazing support system as a high school student, Kiarra is excited to continue partnering with students through YPIE and providing them with a valuable experience!
