Jennifer joined YPIE in 2025 as Program Manager, Science Research in Nashville.

Before joining YPIE, Jennifer taught science and math for over fifteen years to students of all ages through schools, tutoring, and volunteer work. She believes in the power of STEM competitions to inspire and build confidence in students, and has mentored and coached students for several competitions including the Regional ISEF science fair and Science Olympiad.

Jennifer has lived in Middle Tennessee her entire life and is a first-generation college graduate with a Master’s in Analytical Chemistry from Tennessee Technological University. She has a passion for science and education and believes that all students deserve the chance to work hard and pursue their goals.

In her free time, Jennifer enjoys gardening, writing, and spending time with her family.
