Dana joined YPIE in April 2026 as Director of Administration, bringing a diverse background in science, operations, and nonprofit leadership. She began her career as a Research Scientist developing innovative materials for global consumer brands, earning two U.S. patents for her work. She later supported major household products at a multinational company, collaborating across teams and traveling internationally for product demonstrations.

Driven by a commitment to creating safer, more supportive environments for young people, Dana transitioned to the nonprofit sector, serving as Director of Administration and Finance for a youth‑focused organization before joining YPIE.

Dana holds a B.S. in Biology from Fordham University (formerly Marymount College) and an Executive MBA from Howard University. Outside of work, she enjoys a juicy mystery, community service, and spending time with family and friends.
