Andrew joined YPIE in April 2025 as a Grant Writer. Previously, Andrew worked in international development on a grants program supporting community-based health nonprofits in seven countries including Sierra Leone, Zambia, Senegal, and Cameroon!

Andrew graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from Syracuse University and a Master’s Degree in Geography from the University of South Carolina.

Growing up in Kenya, the Philippines, and New Rochelle deepened Andrew’s interest in learning about other cultures and people’s unique perspectives. In his free time, Andrew enjoys watching movies, listening to music, and trying new restaurants with friends.
