Alexa joined the YPIE team in August 2022 as a College Advisor. Alexa graduated from Marist College in 2016 with her B.A. in Public Relations. Growing up as a first-generation student, Alexa was instilled with the importance of getting a college education from an early age, but she struggled to understand the nuances of the application process. As a College Advisor, she is grateful for the opportunity to ensure the application process is easier for talented students attending Yonkers schools.

In May 2022, Alexa earned her M.A. in Higher Education Administration and Student Affairs from Pace University, where she worked in admissions for five years.

When Alexa is not helping students, she enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling to new places, trying new restaurants, and playing with her cat, Nugget.
