In July 2024, Alexa was promoted to Director of Development at YPIE.  Previously, she was the College Advisor at Saunders Trades and Technical High School since joining YPIE in August 2022.

As a first-generation college graduate, Alexa understands the transformative power of higher education and the sacrifices that families must make to put their children through college. She is passionate about the work YPIE is doing to empower students and families so they can be on the surest path toward socioeconomic mobility.

Alexa graduated from Marist College in 2016 with her B.A. in Public Relations. In May 2022, Alexa earned her M.A. in Higher Education Administration and Student Affairs from Pace University, where she worked in admissions for five years. When Alexa is not at work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling to new places, trying new restaurants, and playing with her cat, Yuzu.
