YPIE Awarded Strategic Business Planning Grant
YPIE is one of six organizations nationally selected to participate in a strategic business planning process that will be facilitated by The Bridgespan Group. This opportunity will enable YPIE to receive high-level consulting services at no cost and will result in a high-level strategic plan that will guide the organization over the next three years. This comes at a perfect time in YPIE's history, as the organization is now poised to examine the programs and strategies necessary to move the agenda to the next level.
As part of this process, a cohort of six local education funds will
directly execute on a rigorous set of internal analyses and dialogues,
external analyses and research, and stakeholder engagement. Each
organization will create its own business plan with a clear set of
strategic goals, organizational and resource requirements, and clarity
on how to measure performance. Participation in this Facilitated
Strategic Business Planning was generously funded by The Atlantic Philanthropies
and offered to members of Public Education Network selected through a
competitive application process.
