YPIE Celebrates A Night of 25,000 Stars

The highlight of the fall season brought together YPIE’s leadership, visionaries, benefactors, sponsors, educators, parents and community in celebration of the Yonkers public school students who are our inspiration. More than 420 people attended the gala which honored Ed Sheeran, President of Palmer Economic Development Inc. in Yonkers and featured a gourmet dinner prepared by celebrity chef Peter Kelly of the famed restaurant X20. Mr. Kelly also premiered “Tien of Three Chocolates,” a signature dessert created expressly for YPIE.
