Description: These services deal with issues -- like aging, chronic illness/disability, substance abuse and domestic violence -- as well as emotions like anger, anxiety and shame that can impact family life and diminish an individual’s ability to function.

Partnership for Care

Description: Partnership for Care is a continuum of quality core services for youth as well as persons who are infected or affected with HIV/AIDS. We provide: Mental Health, Respite, Harm Reduction, Prevention and Supportive Services.

Description: ADAPT brings parents and teens together to work on their differences and problem solve around issues that produce conflict. Typical problems include truancy, out of control behavior, school suspensions, running away, curfew violations.
